Club Inauguration of BITM Sustaina SDG Group

The BITM SUSTAINA (SDG) Group was inaugurated on 28 February 2023 with the objective of promoting sustainability and providing technical solutions to environmental challenges. The event was graced by eminent guests Dr. Doddashanayya, Environmental officer, KSPC board & Mr. Rudresh, Commissioner, City Corporation, who emphasized the importance of sustainable living, waste management, pollution control, and their impact on public health. Faculty members encouraged students to adopt eco-friendly practices within the campus and in daily life. Mrs. Nilam C, Club counsellor inspired students to actively participate as eco-warriors and marked a significant step towards fostering a culture of sustainability at BITM. Vision, Mission and Objectives were discussed by Dr. Naseeruddin, IPR Advisor. Dr. Veena read Student’s Pledge for following sustainable practices.
