Overview Of The Event:
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science), in collaboration with the Institute Innovation and Incubation Cell (IIIC), organized a session on “Driving Innovation through Start-ups, Design Thinking, and Product Development” for 5th semester students of CSE (Data Science) on August 30th, 2025 with resource persons Mr. Arun Rajpurohit, Director, DLithe Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Vijay G. H., Director, nxtAlign Innovation Pvt. Ltd. The speakers shared valuable insights on innovation, entrepreneurship, and product development, greatly enriching the learning experience of the students.
Objectives:
To promote an entrepreneurial mind-set among students by showcasing how innovative ideas can be transformed into successful start-ups.
To introduce design thinking principles as a structured approach for creative problem-solving and user-centric innovation.
To provide insights into product development cycles, from ideation to execution, highlighting industry best practices.
