Parent Teacher Meet- 2025
Overview Of The Event:
The Parent–Teacher Meeting was held on December 06, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM in LAB 1, Silver Jubilee Block. Parents were informed well in advance through letters, phone calls, WhatsApp groups, and official announcements.
Objectives:
Review students’ academic progress and performance.
Strengthen communication between parents and teachers.
Understand students’ learning needs and provide support.
Highlight departmental activities and student involvement.
Outcomes:
Over 50+ parents participated.
The HOD presented the Institute’s Vision, Mission, Result Analysis, and departmental achievements.
Parents interacted with class teachers, subject teachers, and mentors regarding academics, attendance, and discipline.
Positive feedback was received, and queries related to placements were addressed.
CIE marks and student progress were discussed in detail.
