The IEEE Student Branch at BITM organized an Orientation Program on 12th September 2025 at the BITM Auditorium for first-year students. The primary objective of the session was to introduce students to IEEE and create awareness about its global presence, technical contributions, and opportunities for student development.
The program began with an overview of IEEE, highlighting its vision, mission, and role in advancing technology for humanity. Students were informed about the benefits of IEEE membership, including access to technical resources, global networking, and opportunities to participate in conferences, workshops, and competitions. The session also showcased the activities and achievements of the IEEE Student Branch BITM, giving students a clear understanding of the branch’s initiatives and contributions.
