The Dept. is established in Sir C.V.Raman Block, which caters to the benefit of the first year under graduate students with state-of-the-art Physics lab, Chemistry lab, Computer lab and separate class rooms for each section and also the dept of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Civil is staffed in this block.
- This department is supported extensively by the basic science faculty.
- The departments have well experienced faculty in various relevant fields of specialization.
- The science laboratories are well equipped with sophisticated gadgets and are designed to expose the students to the latest developments in the field of science.
- This department gives each student an ample scope to learn the experiments with active help of staff members.
- The dedication of the staff members and the hard work of the enthusiastic students have been reflected in the good results and more than 25 students have scored 100% in Mathematics.
I have recently visited BITM and saw the campus developed by 10 fold compared to what it was during 1999-2003. I can say simply one of the best institutions in the region, according to the faculty expertise and infrastructure. I am proud to be an Alumni of BITM
