Principal's Message

From the Heart of the Principal

Dear Students,

It is a pleasure that you have chosen to be a family member of BITM, an institution of higher learning, to march together in the years to come for the progress of all of us.

At BITM, we nurture innovation and creativity to create successful engineers. We have carved a niche in the education sector, are accredited by the NBA, and are known for good quality management systems.

The main objectives of the Institution are promoting higher education and research by encouraging staff and students to the highest levels making engineering professionals possessing competence, commitment and confidence. The future is not in the hands of fate, but in ours. Claim as high as you can dream, to contribute towards the capacity of India to take part in the technological revolution.

“The important thing is not where you were or where you are but where you want to get”. The ultimate aim of the students is to get higher percentage and to be placed in the multinational companies. This is not only the aim of students but also the aim of parents, teachers and our management. As all our objectives are focused towards this single point, no doubt this aim will be fulfilled.

Dear students, we, educators instill in you the ability to know right from wrong and act according to your conscience and not mere convenience. Management supports to the fullest extent in building the institution as center of excellence.

There is a devoted and dedicated team of faculty with distinguished academic record and long teaching experience in all branches to provide quality education and training in engineering and technology. They work with enthusiasm, brimming with new and creative ideas.

The College offers courses leading to BE Degree in five disciplines, M.Tech., courses in Computer Network Engineering & Digital Electronics, MBA & MCA. ECE, CSE & ME departments in the college are accredited by NBA. As on date there are 15 Doctorates and 70 Post Graduates among staff members and another 39 are doing Doctorate.

The College has a full-fledged placement and Training Centre. This Centre organizes several training programmes related to development of soft skills to our college students. It has enabled our college students to participate in several recruitment programmes of several leading organizations.

The college provides facilities to students to take part in co-curricuar and extra curricular activities. There is an active National Service Scheme (NSS) unit which organizes several programmes related to social service.

BITM is well known for its all round excellence be it the well qualified and experienced faculty, good infrastructure which includes state of art library with e-library facility, class rooms equipped with modern audio visual teaching aids including Wi-Fi connectivity, seminar halls for organizing seminars and workshops, regular interactions with top experts and executives from the Industry, Open air theatre to polish the Cultural talents of the students.

I draw the attention of all the students to follow the college and university regulations strictly to maintain good academic atmosphere in the institution.
